PROJECT MANAGEMENT

2MH Consulting is regularly employed by council managers to assist with the preparation of funding applications, project designs, specification development and project management services. When employed for such works, these often include concept designs, detailed designs, a recommendation of works, provision of cost estimates, and finally quotations.

2MH Consultings services are primarily used for the project management of these works, operating on behalf of Council (or other authorities) supervising purchasing and contractors to ensure adherence to OH&S requirements, manage quality control, and to monitor budgets and scheduling.

2MH Consulting also prepare funding applications on behalf of Councils, Schools and other regulatory bodies and authorities. To date, the work undertaken by 2MH has supported successful funding applications for more than $8 million in external and council funding. The municipalities of Mitchell Shire, Macedon Ranges Shire, Melton Shire, Mount Alexander Shire, Moorabool Shire, and Hepburn Shire have employed 2MH for such services.
